Thursday March 6, 2025. Deuteronomy 30:15-20
“Choose life” Moses told the Israelites. But many don’t have a choice. Everyday is a struggle. Safety nets are being torn away (SNAP, Social Security, and other programs designed to protect and give dignity), health care becoming inaccessible as Medicare is gutted. Those of us who can, must choose life for them. Look for organizations who support the poor, sick, hungry, the immigrants, the others who don’t look like, or talk like, or worship like the majority and then donate. Choose life for them.
