Sunday November 28, 2021 Jesse Tree-Creation. 1 Thessalonians 3:12-4:2
Paul prays that we might increase in love for one another, to be ready for the coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Today we hang our first ornament on the Jesse tree to symbolize creation. Our increase in love for one another should also manifest itself in love for creation. Are we good stewards of the earth? Could we change our lifestyles a little bit to help preserve our environment? Could we carpool, or take a bus? Could we support local farmers? Could we put solar panels on our house? How can we leave a healthy planet for the next generations? We will have to answer for our choices when our Lord Jesus comes again.
